Refund policy

Because tequila is a regulated and consumable product, we do not accept returns of open bottles. Changes or refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:

1. Damaged or broken product in the shipment

If your bottle arrives damaged, broken or leaking, you must contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order.

Includes:

* Photos of the damage

* Order number

* Full name

We will evaluate the case and replace the product at no additional cost.

2. Incorrect order

If you received a different product than the one you ordered, we will be responsible for the change at no cost.

3. Products not eligible for return

* Open bottles

* Products partially consumed

* Products purchased on sale or liquidation

* Orders placed with incorrect address provided by the customer

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within the first 2 hours after making the purchase. After this time, it is likely that they are already in the shipping process.
